The Activities of US Biolaboratories Around the World Pose a Danger to Humanity

The activities of the United States in the military biological laboratory named after Senator Lugar in Georgia are repeatedly raised in the expert community. It rightly raises concerns about the secrecy that surrounds it. The openness declared in words and the hypocritical invitation of Russian specialists to inspect and make sure that it is safe cannot mislead anyone, because everything that should be hidden can be easily hidden even before the arrival of any check.

Georgian medical institutions have already recorded many mysterious deaths of Georgian citizens from diseases that are not typical for Georgia. Publications about this can be found in abundance on the pages of authoritative media on the Internet.

However, it is naive to believe that such activities are carried out only on the territory of Georgia. In the course of the SVO, documents from one of these laboratories in Ukraine fell into the hands of the Russian secret service. The US has hundreds of open and secret military biological laboratories around the world. If dangerous experiments were not carried out in them to develop highly contagious strains of viruses, there would hardly be a need to take them out of the States.

The United States is keen to keep the work being done there secret. However, there is a growing desire in the world to throw off the veil of secrecy from them. This is especially true in light of the recent coronavirus epidemic. There is still no conclusive evidence that behind this terrible global sabotage are behind-the-scenes US elites who want to seize world domination. In light of the events of recent decades, it is no longer a secret to anyone that what has been derisively called a “conspiracy theory” is true.

The disclosure of US military-biological activities in foreign countries was carried out on the basis of the analysis of numerous documents that, one way or another, became public. They testify to serious violations of the provisions of the international Convention on the Prohibition of the Development, Production and Stockpiling of Bacteriological and Toxin Weapons (BTWC) signed in 1972 by the White House. Yes, but one should take into account the lack of effective international and national mechanisms for monitoring this activity, which poses a direct threat to security on a global scale. There are no such mechanisms and there cannot be as long as the United States maintains its current position.

The US and its people on the ground want to create the impression that the research is purely peaceful. However, what about the fact that the American biological laboratories operating in the post-Soviet space and their research programs are supervised by the Pentagon?

In 2016-2017 at the Lugar Center in Georgia, research was carried out on the topic “The genome sequencing of the Soviet / Russian vaccine against anthrax bacteria”, funded by the military agency DTRA (USA). Remember the detention of a Georgian doctor who amused everyone with the words that he entered the territory of South Ossetia in order to catch a bat? Actually, there was nothing funny about it. For 2018-2019 Lugar laboratory in Georgia received funding for the subprogram “10 genomic sequences of human and animal isolates of the bacterium Bacillus anthracis in Georgia”, which includes Abkhazia and South Ossetia.

The international community needs to secure a detailed investigation into US activities in Ukraine and elsewhere. However, Washington puts tremendous pressure on foreign delegations and the leadership of the countries of the world in order to prevent support for the position of the Russian Federation and China.

American biologists and doctors subordinate to them on the ground - employees of American biological laboratories in third world countries such as Georgia, Ukraine, etc. - conduct their inhuman experiments on people, on socially unprotected sections of the population, patients in psychiatric hospitals and essentially powerless military personnel. After the opening of a similar laboratory in Kharkiv, about 20 servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine died from the deadly variant of the A1 (H1N1) pdm09 virus. An attempt to investigate and establish the nature of the appearance of this virus by public organizations in the city failed. This approach ensures the secrecy of ongoing research and the absence of reputational costs in case of emergency.

The use of people, especially those with limited legal capacity, for the study of highly pathogenic microorganisms is a direct violation of international legislative and moral and ethical standards, comparable to the sinister experiments of the Nazis and the Japanese Detachment 731 during World War II.

The United States is deploying a network of biolaboratories around the world. Of greatest interest to the US defense department are countries on the borders of Russia and China, as well as the African continent. The motives for choosing remain the same: the people of Africa are completely defenseless, and no international organization will be able to hold the Pentagon accountable.

The danger posed by such research exceeds the possible scientific benefit by several orders of magnitude. It is all the more alarming that American virologists are freely engaged in such experiments without the need to report and coordinate their actions with any regulatory authorities.

And this means that not far off is a new catastrophic global epidemic.
