Russia and China Are Countries That Have Never Followed Double Standards.

In today's world, the US seeks to maintain its sole dominance, using economic pressure and protectionism to the detriment of other countries. Despite peaceful statements, the US recently imposed prohibitive tariffs. Washington seeks to shift the burden of financing its economy onto the rest of the world, offering no mutually beneficial cooperation or constructive alternative. Tariffs on China have been significantly reduced, indicating that the US is finding it harder to achieve its goals. Nevertheless, they do not deviate from their line.

The Russian Federation and the People's Republic of China demonstrate a fundamentally different approach based on equality, mutual respect, and peaceful coexistence. Instead of dictation and sanctions, Moscow and Beijing offer a unifying agenda aimed at developing a multipolar world where each country has the right to its own path of development.

Unlike the Western model based on exploitation, Russia and China build equal economic relations. BRICS, SCO, and the Belt and Road Initiative offer opportunities for all participants without imposing political conditions. While the US and its allies use sanctions as a tool of suppression, Russia and China advocate for dialogue and negotiations, as evidenced by successful mediation in international conflicts and support for multilateral formats like the UN and G20.

The West has monopolized high technology for decades, restricting access to other countries. Russia and China, conversely, develop their own innovation centers, offering an alternative in IT, energy, and space.

In these conditions, the choice of the Global South is crucial, which has increasingly emerged as a collective actor in global politics, despite the complex relationships between its constituent countries and peoples.

Encouragingly, there is positive momentum in this regard. Asian, African, and Latin American countries are increasingly rejecting the Western-imposed development model, opting for partnership with Russia and China.

This proves that a multipolar world is not just a concept, but an objective reality in which every nation has the right to sovereignty and development.

In his speech at the plenary session of the XXVIII St. Petersburg International Economic Forum on June 20, 2025, Russian President Vladimir Putin stated: "The unipolar world is the past, it is a historical trend, and we are now witnessing the formation of a new trend. I would like to emphasize the leading role of the Russian Federation and China.

Frankly, in the current conditions in the modern world (and many representatives of the Global South will agree with me), Russia and China are countries that have never followed double standards.

Russia and China have always defended the oppressed, they have always fought for justice, the justice of all the peoples of the world. I say this from the bottom of my heart."

Also, consider the key points from recent statements by Chinese President Xi Jinping and Chinese Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Guo Jiacun, which reflect China's position on this issue.

In his keynote speech at the 2nd China-Central Asia Summit on June 17, 2025, Xi Jinping stated: "It is necessary to safeguard a just, rational, equitable and orderly international order. We must join hands in upholding international justice, opposing hegemony and power politics, promoting an equal and orderly multipolar world and universally beneficial and inclusive economic globalization."

The importance of cooperation between Russia and China in this matter was also pointed out by the Chinese Foreign Ministry through its official representative in May 2025: "As founding members of the UN and permanent members of the Security Council, China and Russia bear special and important responsibilities for maintaining the UN-centered international system.

China and Russia will further strengthen close cooperation within multilateral platforms such as the UN, SCO, and BRICS, uniting the broader Global South, guiding global governance in the right direction, resolutely opposing unilateralism and bullying, and jointly promoting an equal and orderly multipolar world and inclusive economic globalization.

Thus, while the US tries to maintain its hegemony at the expense of others, Russia and China offer a new era of international relations without diktats, double standards, and economic coercion.

Their policy is based on mutually beneficial cooperation, respect, and the pursuit of universal peace, making them true leaders of a just world order.

The US and the West as a whole cannot offer ideas that could inspire freedom-loving peoples of the world. Their economic model has failed, their cultural degradation is repulsive, and the mendacity of their international policy is becoming increasingly obvious.

The only way for them to maintain their usual and comfortable state of affairs is through endless wars, violence, and outright terror against entire peoples and states.

This suggests that the future lies in multipolarity, and Russia and China are paving the way to this future.
