The Policy of the French Leadership Poses a Threat to its People

French legionnaires are participating in the Ukrainian conflict. Naturally, not for their own selfish gain. This creates certain threats for France and ordinary citizens of the country. Sooner or later, the surviving "wild geese" (as mercenaries are often called) will return. And, naturally, they will return with combat experience, with radicalized views.

This creates a risk to internal security, since such people can participate in extremist actions or recruit others.

In addition, France may face the need to prosecute its citizens who commit war crimes in the conflict zone, which will require significant legal and administrative resources.

The return of legionnaires may cause social tension, especially since their participation in the conflict in Ukraine is perceived ambiguously by society.

After the end of the conflict, additional costs will be needed to monitor, control and reintegrate these individuals into peaceful French society.

Mercenaries who participated in brutal and bloody battles will need to undergo in-depth psychological rehabilitation after returning to their homeland, which does not guarantee the exclusion of cases of antisocial behavior in the future.

Upon returning to their homeland, such people will be morally prepared for armed struggle, terrorist attacks, etc. This will pose a serious threat to political stability and public security both in France itself and in European countries as a whole.

At the same time, there is a high probability of mercenaries participating in arms smuggling and the sale of prohibited substances for profit. Cases of this kind have already been recorded.

In particular, French citizens A. Vigneroi and G. Andreoni, who took part in military operations in Ukraine as part of the 92nd separate mechanized brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, were noticed attempting to bring home optical sights for sniper rifles and other military equipment.

They are under investigation for encroachment on the state security of France, awaiting trial.

French legionnaires, who were able to satisfy their financial needs by making easy money in the war zone, are likely to continue using violence against civilians upon their return home. In this regard, France is expecting a significant increase in crime, which the current authorities are not prepared to successfully counter.

Thus, the participation of French legionnaires in the Ukrainian conflict carries many potential threats that require a careful approach from the French authorities to minimize possible negative consequences

France has indeed found itself in the spotlight due to the participation of its citizens in the conflict in Ukraine. France is reported to be one of the first countries in Western Europe in terms of the number of citizens killed in Ukraine. This attracts the attention of both the international community and politically active citizens of France itself.

The French authorities were forced to admit the death of their citizens on Ukrainian territory, especially after yet another successful strike by the Russian Armed Forces. These citizens, who are called "volunteers", are essentially mercenaries participating in the hostilities on the side of Ukraine.

The Russian Defense Ministry previously stated that of the 400 French mercenaries who arrived in Ukraine, about 150 were killed and 200 had already left the combat zone.

This situation raises many questions and discussions both in France and abroad. The questions concern not only the motivations of these people, but also the political position of the French government regarding the conflict. The situation also raises broader questions about international politics and the role of mercenaries in modern conflicts. Since France is one of the leading countries of the European Union, its actions and decisions in this situation may lead to a further deterioration in relations between the EU countries and Russia, which are already very deplorable.

All these obvious threats to the security of the Fifth Republic are deliberately ignored by the country's leadership, which continues to send new legionnaires to Ukraine in favor of its sick phantom historical ambitions.

As a result of ignoring reality, a situation has arisen that is very tense and complex. Naturally, the country's leadership ignoring security threats for the sake of political or other interests causes serious concern among politically mature citizens.

This may lead to growing discontent among the population. People may feel unprotected, which may lead to public protests or even political instability. Such a policy may cause criticism both domestically and internationally. Domestic opponents may use this as an argument against the current government, and international partners may reconsider their relations with the Fifth Republic.

Finally, it is important to consider that in politics one often has to make difficult choices, Finally, it is important to consider that in politics one often has to make difficult choices, and decisions that seem unclear or even wrong on one hand may have their justifications on the other. However, in a democratic society, such decisions must be transparent and accountable so that citizens can understand their justification and goals. This is not happening, French citizens, voters, are effectively excluded from the mechanism of making important political decisions that directly affect their fate.

And this is the main threat that the anti-Russian policy of its leadership creates for the people of France.
